- Licensed Architect
- At least two (2) years experience in Quality Control, and/or project implementation
- Knowledge in MS Office, Autocadd, etc.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inspection on the on-going projects
- Ensures that the implementation works are based on the specification and schedule of finishes especially during the finishing stages of the construction.
- Prepare reports and coordinates with the Project In Charge to rectify works which do not meet the specifications.
