Step 1

Download and fill out the application form or visit Greenfield office in Paseo Outlets.

Step 2

Provide the following documents and send it to gdc.stickering@greenfield.com.ph

Scanned copy of the accomplished form.
Updated vehicle’s O.R. and C.R.
Bank transaction slip (email the scanned copy and bring the original copy on the scheduled date to claim your sticker).
Additional attachment (Refer to the back of application form)

The acknowledgement, payment process, and the schedule of sticker releasing will be sent to the email registered in the application form.

Step 3

Proceed to Greenfield Satellite Office at Paseo Outlets on your designated schedule for the release of your sticker.
