Real estate developer, Greenfield Development Corporation (GDC), recently held the groundbreaking ceremony for the third tower of Zadia, the first condominium complex in Greenfield City Sta. Rosa Laguna by its wholly-owned subsidiary, EQUUS Property Venture Inc.

Zadia Tower Three is part of the five-building mid-rise property that reflects Greenfield’s vision of building future-ready and sustainable homes in the South. The 3.6-hectare residential property currently has 1,280 condominium units and features an abundance of tree-lined roads, parks, playgrounds, and green open spaces, specifically designed with nature in mind.

Beckoning residents with an accessible luxurious urban paradise experience, Zadia has seen rapid take-up since the unit turnover of Tower 1 and 2 with majority of unit owners already enjoying their life in the community. Currently more than half of the units in Tower 3 are sold and is expected to be completed in 2025.

“We want to provide a home where residents can live and thrive in an inspiring, sprawling sanctuary,” said Duane A.X. Santos, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Greenfield Development Corporation. “Zadia echoes our “Greenspiration” philosophy where more than 80% of the property is allocated for breathing spaces and greeneries, raising the standard for overall land efficiency in vertical developments across the country,” he concluded.

For Greenfield Development Corporation, developing lasting sustainable living spaces is at the core of everything they stand for. Its mantra, “Building for Generations,” exemplifies the company’s commitment to contribute to the progress of the country by pioneering future-proofed, master planned communities with environmentally friendly homes that are worthy to be passed on from generation to generation.
