Infrastructure Developments

Greenfield Development Corporation has playedan instrumental role in infrastructure development in Mega Manila. It stands as one of the project principals of the Metro Rail Transit. It has also spearheaded the development of several key interchanges in the South Luzon Expressway like the Greenfield City-Unilab Exit, Cabuyao Exit, Southwoods Exit and Greenfield City-Eton Exit. Most recently, Greenfield has signed up for the development of the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAx), which seeks to connect the vital eastern and western portion of Luzon through the Cavite–Laguna corridor.

Through these initiatives, Greenfield endeavors to create value for its developments as it ensures that its properties are unlocked via major infrastructure developments, while at the same timespurring the growth in neighboring communities.
